How much is postage on my order ?
When you have filled your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method and the cost will be shown before you confirm your order.

Have you tried the Advanced Search ? From the home page, click the advanced search link and then use the search page to search the database for what you are looking for.
I have placed an order, it contained both In Stock and Preorder items, what happens now?
If your order contains both In Stock and Preorder items, the stocked items will be shipped and any further items will be shipped as they arrive from the supplier or manufacturer.
My order contains Preorder items, will I be charged?
Yes your Debit/Credit Card or PayPal account will be charged in full and we will ship the models when they become available from the manufacturer.
What is the cut off time for orders?
Our cut off time for orders to be sent the same day is 10am. You will get a confirmation email when ordering and we will email you again with a tracking number (if applicable) when we have despatched your order.
I have received my order but an item is damaged! What should I do?
Unfortunately from time to time items may be damaged while in transit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01753 462795 or 0845 680 6795 to explain the fault with the item. Images of the damage will need to be emailed to email@example.com.
I have received an email from Trustpilot to review my ordering experience but I have not received my order?
Trustpilot will automatically send you a review email a few days after your order is placed. Your order could contain Pre-Order items so you will not receive these until we get them from the manufacturer. You can wait until you receive your order in full before leaving a review if you prefer.
I don't trust the internet with my credit card information, how can I make a purchase ?
All sensitive data is fully encrypted with the latest 128 bit SSL tools as used by all major online businesses. If you are still not happy to part with your credit card information you can still place an order and pay with PayPal.
I saw a product on the site yesterday but when I went back today I could not find it. Why ?
You need to remember the site is truly 'live'. Just like a real shop products disappear when they are bought by a customer.
I am a customer in the EU. Will I be charged VAT?
If you are ordering outside of the UK you will not be charged VAT at the checkout and you will be responsible to pay any Duty and Taxes in the receiving country.
